Every new ANGEL community member receives implementation services in order to help the organization assure a successful launch of their new ANGEL implementation. From the beginning you will experience the customer dedication that sets ANGEL Learning apart. One-on-one interaction with the ANGEL Learning Solutions Team team live and in moderated, online courses will quickly bring your ANGEL administrators and instructors up-to-speed and characterizes the individualized attention synonymous with ANGEL Learining.
Proven Implementation Framework
The ANGEL Learning Solutions Team uses a proven framework that includes the process and tools needed to plan, build, and implement ANGEL products. This Implementation Framework includes the Implementation Process which defines the project in terms of the phases and activities required to successfully complete the implementation of ANGEL. The framework is proven, consistent, uses best practices, and is known to produce high quality results. These phases and activities include:
- Initiate – charter the project by defining the scope, roles, schedule and success criteria for the project.
- Design – shape the vision of the product or service.
- Develop – construct and configure the product or supporting tools.
- Pilot – train and introduce the products or services in a controlled scenario.
- Refine – review the Pilot findings and take corrective action.
- Launch – rollout the products or services.
- Realize – achieve the objectives of the project or service.
While we use an established Implementation Framework, we also tailor our implementation services to each organization’s specific and unique needs.
Online Administrator Orientation Course
Your designated ANGEL administrators receive a comprehensive introduction to ANGEL as they work their way through activities designed specifically to prepare them for your ANGEL adoption. Moderated by our expert support team, administrators cover the material at their own pace when it's convenient for them.
Online Instructor Training
Designated members of your education and training team receive access to our moderated online instructor training. Conducted in the ANGEL environment, participant's progress from introductory through advanced ANGEL features at their own pace. ANGEL Learning training personnel are “on call” and easily accessible via ANGEL's collaboration tools.
Checkpoint Service
As you structure your ANGEL implementation, you will formulate technical and strategic policy. We have worked through these issues with numerous institutions of all sizes and can provide valuable insight into your implementation process as well as help you think ahead, so you are well prepared to meet every challenge as your ANGEL installation matures and grows.
