ANGEL Learning provides a wealth of information to help users of all kinds get the most out of our products. From documentation to field-level help within the products, we provide what's needed to take full advantage of our products' robust functionality.
Documentation
ANGEL provides documentation for different uses and audiences, including installation, implementation, and reference materials. Through ANGEL's Support Portal, ANGEL administrators have access to a variety of documents including:
- ANGEL Installation Guide
- Administrator Reference Manual
- Programmer's documentation--manuals and papers for programming in ANGEL
- Product release notes
- End-User documentation in MS Word format

On-Line Help
ANGEL products also provide online acess to complete user documentation, including a variety of "How-To" elements. These “How To” elements are mini tutorials on the most frequent uses of the ANGEL LMS (e.g., “How do I create a moderated discussion forum?”). Also included are a number of step-by-step videos that walk users through common tasks (e.g., adding an assessment, creating a rubric). The topics covered in the "How To" elements and videos are those most requested from the ANGEL user community.
Context-sensitive information is also available throughout our products. And true to ANGEL form, a feedback loop is provided to solicit input from our users for future modifications.
