Immaculata University Wins Institutional Performance Award for ANGEL Implementation

Indianapolis, Ind. – March 26, 2009 – ANGEL® Learning, a leading provider of enterprise eLearning software and services, is pleased to congratulate ANGEL client Immaculata University for winning the 2009 SunGard Higher Education Award for Institutional Performance for its successful migration to and implementation of the ANGEL Learning Management Suite (LMS). Adopting the ANGEL LMS has helped the university increase revenue from its online courses as well as improve institutional performance, academic offerings, and efficiency.

During the first year of Immaculata’s ANGEL LMS implementation, the university “was able to maintain its projected 30 percent increase in enrollment in totally online classes, generating more than $3.4 million in revenue. An additional 260 web-enhanced courses were supported, involving over 4,680 students,” according to a press release issued to announce the award.
