K-12 Senior Account Manager

The K-12 Senior Account Manager will be responsible for working with prospective and/or current customers within a defined territory including identifying prospective customers, understanding their needs, designing solutions to meet those needs, negotiating contracts and ensuring a seamless customer experience.  To be successful, the K-12 Senior Account Manager will have the ability and experience to:

  • Achieve results by developing and executing plans which focus on the right activities.
  • Understand and appreciate customers' needs, speak their language and deliver memorable experiences.
  • Effectively collaborate by soliciting other’s ideas, challenging assumptions, probing for understanding and compromising.  
  • Fluidly adapt to change.
  • Understand your own and other’s feelings, apply the power and acumen of emotions as a source of energy and creativity
  • Understand software applications, translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of experience surpassing customer expectations.  Experience in software applications, education or publishing markets are highly desirable.  A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology or comparable experience is required.
