Description

The SUNY Fredonia College of Education is using the ANGEL LMS to help them meet the accreditation requirements of the National Council on Accreditation for Teacher Education (NCATE). NCATE accreditation requires an Electronic Data Management System (EDMS). Rather than employing another system, the College of Education determined they could use ANGEL, a tool already used daily at the college. Using ANGEL's group, learning object repository, survey, and reporting capabilities, the College of Education is able to collect, store, aggregate, and report accreditation data to NCATE and meet their requirements. The system supplies a secure data repository that requires no additional training, support, or expense.
