Clark State Community College

For their active participation in both the ANGEL LMS 7.4 and ANGEL LPS 1.0 Limited Field Trial programs

Clark State Community College in Springfield, OH is participating in both the ANGEL LMS 7.4 and ANGEL LPS 1.0 Limited Field Trials. Their usage of the ANGEL LMS 7.4 LFT was highest of any of the participating schools, and they provided a variety of beneficial feedback on both products that will benefit the larger ANGEL community. As for their 7.4 field trial experience, they:

•  Had over 10,000 logins over 4 months, really putting the product through its paces

•  Submitted individualized feedback from both instructors and from students

•  As a result of their efforts, a number of bugs have been corrected in the GA version

In terms of their LPS field trial participation, they are providing a diverse team of faculty, IT, and Library Services personnel to provide a comprehensive institutional review of the LPS product. Their feedback will undoubtedly have an impact on the products overall functionality and usability.

The Southeast ANGEL User Group held the first user group virtual conference last November. Pulling off the conference was a very large task that required a lot of work outside committee members' regular day jobs. While delivery of the first Southeast ANGEL User Group Virtual was a group effort, these three individuals did much of the heavy lifting required in the last month before the conference to make it a success. 229 community members in the region signed up for the conference, and we now have a model for doing these types of events that can be replicated by other groups.
