Sign up today to participate in the ANGEL Southeast User Group Module Design Competition and share your techniques. The winning team members will each receive a free registration for the ANGEL User Conference in Chicago, May 13-15, 2009. The winning lesson will also be showcased on the ANGEL Southeast User Group site.
Competition Details
To enter, submit your team information to us at https://it.spcollege.edu/cfsurveys/survey.cfm?su_id=2772. Once we receive your submission information, we’ll set you up in the ANGEL Southeast User Group site so you can load your best and favorite ANGEL course module. You'll receive an email that will give you the logon information you'll need to upload your content.
Here are the rules for the contest:
- Submissions must be made by March 20, 2009.
- By submitting, you agree that your submission can be made public.
- Teams may consist of two members, at least one of which must be faculty.
- Only 1 entry is allowed per person or team, with a limit of 3 entries per institution. The contest will close when we receive 30 submissions.
- All ANGEL tools and features may be used. The lesson may link to resources that are freely available but should not use resources that require subscriptions or logins.
- Winners will be announced by the judging committee by April 3, 2009.
- If the winners have already registered for the ANGEL User Conference, ANGEL Learning will refund their payments.
Judging Rubric
A judging committee will evaluate each content module on objectives, content, activity and assessment using the following rubric:
